FURNITURE RENOVATE FOUR SEASON RESIDENCE

FURNITURE RENOVATE at Four Season by Java Teakindo. Interior contractor experienced for Hotel, Office, Resort, Cafe and Spa. Four Seasons Residence are complex with four luxury residential towers with 35 floors each, with a total of 470 units. Built on of 2.4 hectares starting in 1998, by local investment group
Four Seasons Residence is located in Setia Budi, right between Jl. Sudirman and Jl. Rasuna Said. Both streets are the most important business districts in Jakarta, with many office buildings and prestigious hotels. Setia Budi itself is a rather quiet neighborhood, with most of it residential and low-rise offices, although there are luxury houses and apartments. Setia Budi area is still found with many large trees or still in the green environment. In the area near the Four Seasons, you can find lots of street food. In terms of cleanliness, it is indeed lacking compared to the SCBD and Mega Kuningan areas.

on progress Four Seasons Residence, Java Teakindo is working on Art-work covering the post security area, making puppets, the front entrance fence, installing ceramics, jars and the pool area, the first work we do is the Pool area, the pool area is given a pavilion building thatched roof, has 6 pillars supporting three pillars in the water three more poles are on land. The six pillars are made of concrete covered with engraved and painted brass.

Two pairs of outdoor sofas with a main table made of brass metal and a site table made of teak wood with an antique finish. Under the alang-alang roof, large puppet figures are installed. The puppets are made of wood that is carved and finished. It’s like a puppet character gathering in the pool area. The image below shows the results that the Java Teakindo team worked on.

FURNITURE RENOVATE SECURITY POST

At the front entrance area there are 2 security posts, to make a different look. Designed by furniture interior design. Security post made of brass plate material. So that it makes clean, luxury and friendly a first impression. People who enter the Four Seasons Residence. The initial building was civilians, then we worked on finishing it.

We cover the building with an aluminum hollo frame so that corrosion. because of that security post does not occur because it is outside. After that we arrange the 50×50 brass plate to adjust the shape of the location.

PATTERN WALL DECOR INSTALLATION AT TENNIS COURT AREA

The next section is to add ornaments for the tennis court area with ceramic patterned puppets playing tennis, we produce ceramics for 2 months, approximately the time of processing. The details of ceramic carving are very carefully considered so that they are aligned when installing. Before the ceramics came, preparation was made for their location.
Field measurements and the size of the ceramic to be installed are adjusted so that the time is done with precision. Ceramics with a size of 30×30 are arranged according to the motif, for installation it must be precise because the motif is connected, if there is a wrong placement, the image will not be in harmony and must be repeated.

A. History of The Orient Jakarta
Furniture Contractor. The Orient Hotel located in the center of the city on Jl Jenderal Sudirman, the atmosphere is in contrast to the always busy street. Unexpectedly if there is a hotel with a vintage Indonesian concept. Interior and ornaments are also a lot like the colonial era. The Orient Jakarta is located in one area with Sudirman suite apartments building. Because hotels to occupy from the 26th floor to the 30th floor. Each floor has 30 rooms with four different types ranging from Superior, Deluxe, Grand Deluxe, Presidential Suite.

The Orient Jakarta is designed with the theme of past Indonesia, the interior of the hotel project is dominantly made of teak wood and is dark in color. Each area has its own uniqueness that is very prominent starting from the reception lobby, then to the hotel lift, the infinity pool which is equipped with a Jacuzzi pool and bar, a library that connects to the Lounge and Gym area for the 2nd floor which is used as a place for yoga and pilates.
Design with the theme of East Indonesia’s past travels, the hotel owner has many collections that are displayed in his hotel, for example photos from the colonial era of Indonesia, VOC cannons, as well as ancient batiks, to colonial era firearms. The atmosphere of the hotel is very complex with vintage buildings.

MAIN LOBBY

As the interior of the hotel, the Java Teakindo project divides work starting from the lobby and room units, the lobby uses ironwood floors, for the reception pillars using brass pipes arranged in a circle to form a rectangular frame, the finishing of the frame is made like corroded iron, additional woven leather throughout the frame with color faded chocolate
In addition, the peacock statue, starting with the head made of brass, the wings and feathers made of shells from the coastal area of Jepara, is given a light in the feathers so that when lit at night, the feathers glow. The reception desk sector is made of teak wood plus a marble top, the addition of the front with dairy cow leather. For waiting chairs during the check-in process, chairs made of woven P rattan are provided, the more Javanese feel there is a puppet display on the wicker rattan chair.

B. LIBRARY AND LOUNGE

The Orient also has facilities for hotel guests which are located on the 5th floor. The arrangement of electic designs is a combination many furniture. Sofas and ancient chairs, bookshelves as well as for additional back droop. Ceiling material uses solid teak wood combined with antique glass made by local people. For decorative walls using Balinese batik cloth with elephant and peacock motifs. The wall panels on the back of the bookshelf also contain various ornaments, ranging from batik cloth, statues, to brass metal that are arranged with precision. In the library area, acculturation is carried out between Javanese-Bali culture.

The lounge area also has a minibar, a bar table that we produce from teak wood with an additional front cover of brass that is carved and pasted on the front cover of the bar table, the backdrop area is filled with shelves for drinking bottles with the addition of a decorative batik wall. The arrangement of rattan is made in a circle to add to the impression of luxury.

GARDEN FURNITURE ARTWORKS AT ANANDAMAYA RESIDENCE – JAKARTA

The oriental style apartment has a reputation as one of the strongest interior designs, a project designed by the SCDA architectur team, the rooms are filled with a sense of harmony between the Chinese culture display and the modern contemporary look. This apartment takes inspiration from the Asian style which combines old culture and new culture in a beautiful and refreshing way.
In the Anandamaya project, each of which has a designer between interior and landscape artwork, this apartment has many facilities ranging from a Sarinity Garden, three swimming pools, both indoor and outdoor, to a tennis court.

Java Teakindo as Interior contractor at Project Anandamaya Residence working on Art-work on Sarinty garden and Seating Pavilion. Art-work determines the level of beauty of a place or location. The first job we did was Hanging Bench which is located on the gound floor area opposite the tennis court area.
Hanging bench made of finished wood for the seat, with the addition of aluminum pipe covered with synthetic rattan, so it looks like a hanging bench. For the seat, use foam covered with white fabric, the addition of bolsters and pillows with a white and blue stripe motif. Finishing the bench using a natural wood coating color. The image below shows the hanging bench that we made.

GARDEN FURNITURE SEATING PAVILION GROUND FLOOR AREA

The next work on the ground floor area is to make art-work pergola or seating pavilion. Which is located in the swimming pool area. In this area a lot of art-work is shown to add a vintage feel. For example chairs, bird cages and giant pergolas.
The pergola made from Java Teakindo is made of iron, wood, and smelted tin.
The pergola or seating pavilion uses iron truss covered with wood, Pergola roof made of teak wood with a black cerus color, the middle ornament is in the form of a zigzag triangle arrangement made of smelted tin and printed like a pyramid. Under the pergola there is an outdoor chair and a coffee table made of synthetic rattan.

GARDEN FURNITURE BBQ PAVILION

The next art-work done by Java Teakindo as an interior contractor is the bbq pavilion is still in one area on the ground floor, which can be converted as a party area, so it is provided for a bbq pavilion, in this pergola the materials are still the same, namely aluminum, wood and fused aluminum print.
The model is slightly different, with four pillars connected to the bbq stove, then the roof of the square frame is made of wood plus aluminum reinforcement. The inside of the frame is a pyramid-shaped arrangement made of cast aluminum.

Seating Pavilion podium

For the seating pavilion, podium two is located next to the bbq pavilion, the form is integrated with the bbq pavilion but for podium two it is used as a lounge chair. The raw materials are still the same, namely using aluminum, wood and printed ornaments from aluminum. Pavilion two is bigger than Pavilion one.
Art-work as an ornament that adds to the level of luxury in this area, feels like in Bali even though it is actually in Jakarta. The details of the ornaments that are arranged make us as craftsmen have to think about whether or not to combine all materials into a single unit so that they are in harmony.

ART-WORK AT PODIUM

In the 3rd podium area, there are some art-work and furniture being done, including the Kids Pavilion, Daybed and serenity garden pavilion areas. garden furniture Art works done by Java teakindo as interior contractor at Anandamaya Residence. The next work is to work on a Daybed, with a design using four pillars made of wood and reinforced with iron and then applied with an umbrella cloth that is intended for an outdoor area.
For the seater material using teak wood, with the addition of an antique finishing with a natural white wash pattern. In order for the wood to be durable and long-lasting, a coating for wood is applied, additional seats with green and black striped fabric motifs in the pillow sector use blue and white striped fabric motifs.
