INTERIOR FURNITURE, PT. Java Teakindo Indonesian interior contractor take challenge to customized dinning room and bed room at Kuala Lumpur King Palace Malaysia.

The Kuala Lumpur state palace is the palace of Malaysia. Located on Jalan Duta, Kuala Lumpur. Purpose of building this palace is to replace the old palace in use since 1928. Inside the palace can be held official meetings, alliance affairs and state affairs. Palace building style is combines Islamic architecture and Malay architecture. The area of land used is about 241.3 hectares.
The state palace is the official residence of Yang Dipertuan Agong. Currently the official royal power is held by Tuanku Abdul Halim from the State of Kedah. The uniqueness of the wide and magnificent building. Makes this state palace one of the places frequented by foreign tourists.

INTERIOR FURNITURE MASTER BED ROOM

In the master bed room Malaysian palace project, Java Teakindo only filled some of the existing furniture at the Malaysian Palace. Starting from the bed, dresser and sofa. Starting from a bed with a modern design using a headboard with additional carving. The combination of wood with gray fabric color foam.

Each type of bed has supporting furniture. Such as a sofa set complete with a table and side table which is applied beside the bed. Special for sofa has a color that is in harmony with the bed. Which is still made of teak wood with brown coloring and additional foam wrapped in gray fabric.

There are two side tables for the right and left with white and gold color. Different design adjustments of each room make room for kings and families. Some photos below shows one of the room designs. Complete with interior furniture which was done by Java Teakindo interior contractor.

DINNING ROOM AREA

Every kingdom or palace has a meeting hall which is used for meetings or discussing important matters in the palace. Kuala Lumpur Palace has a meeting hall that can accommodate about 100 people. Java teakindo had the opportunity to work on chairs for the meeting hall.

Chairs for the meeting hall have a design with carvings plus comfortable seats with yellow and gray fabrics. Production in large quantities with many details must be super careful because, quality and quantity problems must be equally balanced. Do not be disappointed with unsatisfactory results.

Dining room area requires a dining table and chairs, usually the sultan if there are guests or colleagues need a lot of tables and chairs. Therefore, the designer consulted with the contractor Java Teakindo. 20 person at same dinning table in one time.

The owner of Java Teakindo accepted the challenge from the palace and designers. 12 meters custom dinning table is the result. White color with an additional gold color. Chair design adjusts the table with additional carvings. Dinning table length of 12 meters capable of arranging more than 20 chairs. The picture below shows the results of the work of PT. FURNITURE RENOVATE FOUR SEASON RESIDENCE

FURNITURE RENOVATE at Four Season by Java Teakindo. Interior contractor experienced for Hotel, Office, Resort, Cafe and Spa. Four Seasons Residence are complex with four luxury residential towers with 35 floors each, with a total of 470 units. Built on of 2.4 hectares starting in 1998, by local investment group
Four Seasons Residence is located in Setia Budi, right between Jl. Sudirman and Jl. Rasuna Said. Both streets are the most important business districts in Jakarta, with many office buildings and prestigious hotels. Setia Budi itself is a rather quiet neighborhood, with most of it residential and low-rise offices, although there are luxury houses and apartments. Setia Budi area is still found with many large trees or still in the green environment. In the area near the Four Seasons, you can find lots of street food. In terms of cleanliness, it is indeed lacking compared to the SCBD and Mega Kuningan areas.

FURNITURE RENOVATE PROJECT ART WORK BY JAVA TEAKINDO AT FOUR SEASONS RESIDENCE

on progress Four Seasons Residence, Java Teakindo is working on Art-work covering the post security area, making puppets, the front entrance fence, installing ceramics, jars and the pool area, the first work we do is the Pool area, the pool area is given a pavilion building thatched roof, has 6 pillars supporting three pillars in the water three more poles are on land. The six pillars are made of concrete covered with engraved and painted brass.

Two pairs of outdoor sofas with a main table made of brass metal and a site table made of teak wood with an antique finish. Under the alang-alang roof, large puppet figures are installed. The puppets are made of wood that is carved and finished. It’s like a puppet character gathering in the pool area. The image below shows the results that the Java Teakindo team worked on.

FURNITURE RENOVATE SECURITY POST

At the front entrance area there are 2 security posts, to make a different look. Designed by furniture interior design. Security post made of brass plate material. So that it makes clean, luxury and friendly a first impression. People who enter the Four Seasons Residence. The initial building was civilians, then we worked on finishing it.

We cover the building with an aluminum hollo frame so that corrosion. because of that security post does not occur because it is outside. After that we arrange the 50×50 brass plate to adjust the shape of the location.

PATTERN WALL DECOR INSTALLATION AT TENNIS COURT AREA

The next section is to add ornaments for the tennis court area with ceramic patterned puppets playing tennis, we produce ceramics for 2 months, approximately the time of processing. The details of ceramic carving are very carefully considered so that they are aligned when installing. Before the ceramics came, preparation was made for their location.
Field measurements and the size of the ceramic to be installed are adjusted so that the time is done with precision. Ceramics with a size of 30×30 are arranged according to the motif, for installation it must be precise because the motif is connected, if there is a wrong placement, the image will not be in harmony and must be repeated.

Faces Main Gate Installation

Java Teakindo is also able to provide liquid for sculptures so they don’t get mossy. The first step is to clean the moss until it’s clean. Next step polish and apply a special outdoor coating.

Main palace of the sultan of Terengganu and all official ceremonies will be performed at the palace. In the royal area as well as the main residence of the sultan and the royal family of Terengganu.

The Syarqiyyah Palace showcases a blend of traditional Terengganu elements, Middle Eastern/Moroccan Islamic culture and modern flavors of Terengganu nobility. As a interior contractor, we spent almost 3 years in build the architectural wonders of the Syarqiyyah Palace. It has everything with splendor including 100 rooms with different designs which are very beautifully designed. The main suite includes the customs hall, residence palace, Islamic hall, coronation hall, administration block, guard block and banquet hall. Then there is also a surau, a bridge road and a parking lot for about 480 vehicles.

The cultural hall is a room that can accommodate about 2000 people. If there is a meeting at the Palace. Java teakindo interior contractor for tables, chairs and additional ornaments such as calligraphy decorations.
